Welcome to Deetago® (deetago.net). We are committed to delivering your high-performance vehicles and gear in pristine condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, tracked, and delivered.

1. Shipping Zones & Warehouses

We proudly ship to the contiguous United States and European Union member countries.

  • To ensure the fastest delivery times, orders are automatically routed and dispatched from our nearest regional fulfillment centers located in the US (West/East Coast) and Central Europe.

  • Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote island territories.

2. Processing & Handling Times

Before your order leaves our warehouse, it undergoes strict quality control inspections.

  • Standard Items (Electric Scooters, Accessories, Parts): Processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Oversized Vehicles (Electric/Gas Dirt Bikes, ATVs): Processed within 3 to 5 business days. Heavy vehicles are carefully inspected, secured on pallets, and protective-crated before dispatch.

📝 Dispatch Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipments do not move on weekends or official national holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with leading global logistics providers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and premium specialized LTL Freight carriers.

Disclaimer: Delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers. Inclement weather, seasonal peak volumes, or regional logistics constraints may occasionally cause minor delays.

4. Special Guidelines for Heavy Cargo (LTL Freight)

Adult dirt bikes and upcoming ATVs are shipped in heavy-duty wooden crates via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight to guarantee maximum protection. Please note the following mandatory conditions:

  • Delivery Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. You must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • Curbside Liftgate Delivery: Freight delivery is strictly curbside with liftgate service. The driver will lower the crate to the curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the crated vehicle onto your property or into your garage.

  • Adult Signature: An adult (18+) signature is legally required upon delivery. The carrier cannot leave a freight crate unattended.

5. Inspection & Delivery Damage Policy

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. You MUST inspect the exterior packaging of your crate or box BEFORE signing the carrier’s delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).

  • Minor Packaging Scratches: Minor cosmetic damage to the outer cardboard or wooden crate is normal during heavy transit. Please sign for the package, unbox it, and check the vehicle.

  • Severe Trans-Damage: If the crate is punctured, severely crushed, open, or the vehicle inside is visibly damaged:

    1. Take immediate, high-resolution photos/videos of the damage.

    2. Note "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL" clearly on the driver's Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) before signing.

    3. Contact our support team within 24 hours at manager@deetago.us with your order number and the media evidence.

⚠️ Important Warning: If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damage, you certify that the product arrived in perfect condition, and we may be unable to process an insurance claim with the carrier for freight damage.

6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After Shipment: Once a vehicle has left our warehouse, the shipment cannot be canceled. If you request a delivery address reroute while the package is in transit, you will be responsible for any carrier interception and rerouting fees (typically starting at $50 for parcels and up to $150+ for heavy freight).

7. Tracking Your Ride

As soon as your vehicle or gear is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from deetago.net containing your active tracking link and carrier details. You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.
