Thank you for shopping at Deetago® (deetago.net). We take great pride in the quality of our premium electric scooters, dirt bikes, and powersports vehicles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue efficiently.

⚠️ Important Notice for Gas-Powered Vehicles: Due to international maritime and Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous material regulations, we cannot accept returns on any gas-powered dirt bikes or ATVs once gasoline or oil has been poured into the vehicle. Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly before fueling.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Products (Electric Scooters, Parts, Accessories): You have 30 calendar days from the official date of delivery to request a return.

  • Oversized Vehicles (Electric/Gas Dirt Bikes, ATVs): Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery due to the specialized nature of freight logistics.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return and a subsequent refund, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The vehicle or item must be 100% unused, unridden, and in pristine condition (free from dirt, scratches, tire wear, or odometer mileage).

  • The item must be in its original factory packaging (including the original heavy-duty cardboard box or wooden crate, security straps, protective foam, and pallet if applicable).

  • All original accessories—including keys, chargers, tool kits, hardware packs, and user manuals—must be returned inside the box.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase from deetago.net.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

Return shipping for heavy powersports machinery involves complex freight networks and high costs. Therefore, fees are structured based on the reason for the return:

📝 Note on Restocking Fees: The 15% restocking fee covers the mandatory inspection, re-crating, safety testing, and structural devaluation associated with open-box powersports equipment.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow this step-by-step process to ensure a valid return. Do not ship items back to our warehouses without prior written authorization.

  1. Submit a Request: Email our management team directly at manager@deetago.us.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the vehicle's VIN/Serial Number, and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  3. Attach Photos/Videos: You must attach high-resolution photos or a short video demonstrating that the vehicle remains unused and is safely secured in its original packaging.

  4. Receive RMA: Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the exact address of our designated regional return warehouse.

  5. Dispatching: For freight shipments (dirt bikes), we will help coordinate a pickup time with our authorized LTL carrier. You must be present at the curbside for the carrier pickup.

5. Refunds & Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once the returned package arrives at our US or European fulfillment hub, our engineering team will inspect the vehicle within 3 to 5 business days to verify its condition and completeness.

  • Approval/Rejection: If the product matches your submitted photos and complies with this policy, your refund will be approved. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund or rejection will be issued.

  • Payout: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card provider may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Before Warehouse Dispatch: You may cancel or modify an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.

  • In-Transit Cancellations: If you request a cancellation after the product has already left our facility, it will be treated as a standard return under "Buyer's Remorse." You will be responsible for the outbound shipping costs, return freight routing fees, and the 15% restocking fee.

7. B2B / Dealer Orders Exception

Please note that commercial orders, bulk fleet orders, and authorized dealer wholesale purchases are governed by their respective bilateral trade contracts and are not subject to this standard retail B2C Return Policy.
